What Nossa Voz does

training for coffee workers

Nossa Voz has been conducting training sessions on farms in the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Espírito Santo and Bahia. In Minas Gerais, we have worked in the South, North, and Cerrado regions. Around 1500 workers have already received information about their labor and social rights and learned how to use our helpline.

Meet our partners!

Agricultural traders such as EISA (ECOM), Sucafina, COFCO, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), Sucden, Comexim, and Brascof, together with cooperatives such as Coocacer, Coopercam, and Carpec, are part of Nossa Voz’s partner group in the coffee sector. Roasters such as Starbucks, JDE Peet’s, and Keurig Dr Pepper, as well as the retail chain Lidl, also participated. The implementation of the initiative is already underway in the supply chains of these organizations, with training being carried out directly on farms.
