Support for workers
Nossa Voz is a tool that provides workers with access to legal guidance on their rights, keeping them informed about the conditions required for their employment contracts and facilitating dialogue with employers when necessary. In addition to legal guidance, workers receive weekly informational updates on social and labor rights through an awareness campaign. This ensures that workers stay informed about topics such as the importance of having a formally registered employment record, access to and maintenance of Bolsa FamÃlia benefits, entitlement to paid leave, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and basic concepts of health and safety in rural work, among others.
Support for the productive sector
Adopting Nossa Voz is an opportunity for farms, traders, and agribusiness companies to enhance compliance and ethical standards within their supply chains. Through a social dialogue-based approach, Nossa Voz reduces the distance between workers and companies and serves as a risk management tool, enabling the productive sector to operate in compliance with human rights and relevant Brazilian and international laws.
Promotion of decent work
Decent work is a fundamental condition for overcoming poverty, reducing social inequalities, ensuring democratic governance, and achieving sustainable development.
The concept is based on four pillars: Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the promotion of quality employment, the extension of social protection, and social dialogue.
From this perspective, it is necessary to develop policies that encourage the creation of more and better jobs; reduce informality; combat child labor, forced labor, and all forms of discrimination in employment; promote youth employment; expand and improve social protection coverage; strengthen education and vocational training; enhance productivity and competitiveness of companies; and reinforce labor rights.
