Nossa Voz

Productive sector

The productive sector has several reasons to participate in Nossa Voz. The adoption of a grievance mechanism is a requirement under international Human Rights Due Diligence laws. Through Nossa Voz, it is possible to meet this requirement, as it is a consistent initiative aligned with the parameters these laws demand.

In addition, for the productive sector, Nossa Voz is an excellent risk management tool, as its preventive approach helps identify and manage irregularities before they escalate into more serious problems. If you are a farm, commodity trader, or company in the Brazilian agribusiness supply chain, request your participation in Nossa Voz here.

Institutional support

As an initiative founded on multi-stakeholder engagement and centered on dialogue, we welcome support from institutional partners aligned with our mission to promote decent work in supply chains and willing to contribute to strengthening and expanding the initiative across various economic sectors.

If you are interested in becoming an institutional supporter of Nossa Voz, please contact us at thiago.chiessi@lrqa.com.

Agricultural traders such as EISA (ECOM), Sucafina, COFCO, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), Sucden, Brascof, and Comexim; cooperatives such as Coocacer, Coopercam, and Carpec; roasters such as Starbucks, JDE Peet’s, and Keurig Dr Pepper; and the retail chain Lidl are part of the Nossa Voz partner group.

The initiative is already being implemented with producers in the coffee supply chain, with training carried out directly on farms, strengthening local capacity and engagement. Our mission is to scale the use of Nossa Voz to a sector-wide level, where partner companies can collectively work on prevention and remediation solutions in a pre-competitive environment.
