Nossa Voz adopts a growth strategy based on formalizing partnerships with companies, traders, cooperatives, and farms, including small producers. Depending on the partner’s position within the supply chain, we also work to engage suppliers identified by their commercial partners to use Nossa Voz. With these suppliers, we prioritize on-site engagement so that workers become familiar with the tool and its full potential.

Through social dialogue, Nossa Voz can bring benefits to all links in the supply chain, especially workers, producers, cooperatives, traders, and multinational companies. Workers are the first and most important group, as they are the most vulnerable link in the supply chain and may face various types of rights violations, including forced labour conditions. To prevent this, they can rely on the helpline as a safe channel to raise questions and potential complaints about their working conditions.
For the private sector at all levels and across stakeholders, Nossa Voz offers a range of benefits. Whether for producers, traders, cooperatives, or multinational companies, it provides an opportunity to identify risks and address them preventively through social dialogue, avoiding the escalation of minor irregularities into more serious situations.
